I couldn't find a reference as to who is maintaining this list, but it looks
like the clock on the computer which prepares the digest mailings may be
off. The last few have a "Date:" header which seems to be one day ahead.
Thus last night's (May 15, around 20:00-0700) had "Date: Thu, 16 May 2002
20:00:01 -0700".
