Nope. It's a limitation of the sendmail server. RFC says the server only has
to accept 100 recipients per message, which many servers now interpret as a
maximum, not a minimum, as a way to limit spam.

I don't like sending more than 50 addresses in any given message. Not
everyone follows the RFCs in this, and set their limits lower.
