After I applied SR-1 I got prompted when Entourage wanted to get my IMAP password out of my keychain. I thought that might be a security feature of keychain - keychain spotted that the Entourage asking for some password was a "different" Entourage that got granted access before. I don't know enough about keychain to know if this is a reasonable hypothesis or not..
