Entourage works beautifully with Comcast. The problem is that Level I techs at Comcast frequently lack Mac experience (actually that’s true of Level I techs at most places, alas, although Comcast is much, much better in that area than it used to be say 3 yrs. ago). Tell your friend when she speaks to the tech and they seem unsure or tell her the problem can’t be fixed, to insist that she be connected with the next level of tech, or with someone known to be very familiar with Macs. Another thing I have learned is that there is ALWAYS another level of tech around — you may have to be a little pushy to get to talk to them, but don’t give up.
