If that's the case, perhaps you have something set incorrectly with the account setup. It might help if you could let us know all your settings from the "Edit Account" dialog. Be sure to include the information from each tab (Account Settings, Options, and Advanced) and from the various buttons (e.g. "Click here for advanced receiving options").
