Knowing that you've registered your copy of Entourage as Japanese perhaps it is the fact the the conduit currently only work with the English version of Entourage? Taken from the conduit download page: Applies to: The English version of Entourage X, included in Office�v.�X. Microsoft is currently developing a version of Microsoft Handheld Synchronization that applies to the Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish and Swedish versions of Entourage�X.
