I just attempted to install a small text document (8kb), and got the message "insufficient space....." with no install. I checked my handheld and discovered that my address book ballooned in size, but I can't find any reason why. There aren't any apparent duplicates, but the file doubled in size. On my first sync, I chose "entourage overwrites" because I knew my entourage contacts file was up-to-date.
