Actually that is not entirely correct (at least not to my recollection). And
categories weren't synchronized under Entourage 2001.

The Palm Calendar Event database doesn't support categories (at least that
is what I found when I looked into supporting Date Book Categories). If it
did, life would be good. But since the Palm OS doesn't know about
"extensibility" Palm may get around to adding this feature (as well as
multiple address support and > 5 phone numbers) in the next 5 years of their
evolution.

The way that other applications accomplish this is by writing specific data
to the notes field of the calendar (at leas that is what they say on the web
site for the folks that made DB5).
