I've been bending the ear of anyone who would listen at Palm and each of its
corporate predecessors in the evolution of the hardware - I had one of the
first 128K Pilots - TRYING to get them to understand that a sizeable
fraction of their user base actually care and would like to remember that
many of their contacts live in one place and work in another. The response
from Palm has been ZILCH! The work-arounds ALL suck, and many times I've
lost one or the other address during syncs. Storing the second address as a
"Handheld Note" (which is the best that third party software companies can
do now) just doesn't work.
