Note that you can tell Entourage's JMF NOT to consider a particular domain as junk, or to add a sender to the address book so s/he won't be junk, but you can't teach it to _add_ anything as junk - neither a domain, or sender or key subject words, or anything like that. You can, however, add rules which will do that. Maybe Apple's filter is particularly smart about such things.
