I've got exactly the same problem. However, switching off my printer -
connected via Ethernet - 'solves' it. Apparently it's a bug that only occurs
if you are on a PPP connection and use an Ethernet printer. Entourage
probably 'thinks' there's a connection because the Ethernet port is active,
but maybe it is really related to OS X giving the 'wrong' information. mvh,
