Microsoft withdrew the conduit shortly after releasing it, as it was causing lots of problems. You almost certainly shouldn't use it. The conduit needed Palm Desktop v4.0 (well, Hotsync Manager v4). Does Handspring support that? I was under the (probably false) impression that they didn't.
