Anyone know why? Yes. The same thing happened to my script ReadMes. I used to use that clover-leaf symbol in OS 9 in Tex-Edit Plus. I think I used one of those Symbol fonts - maybe it was Symbol or Zapf Dingbats. Both of those have been de-natured in OS X. Take a look in Key Caps - it's got nothing to do with Entourage - it's the OS fonts (unless they're Microsoft fonts).
