From the Help menu, “Search Entourage Help.”  From the little clippy, I entered “Search” as the search word.  I selected “Search for text in a message” from the results.  This is what I got:

Search for text in a message
1. Open the message you want to search.
2. On the Edit menu, click Find.
3. In the Find box, type the word or phrase you want to find.
4. Click Find.
Tip   To search again for the same text, press z+G. You can also select text in the message, and then press CONTROL+H to search for that text.

Thanks, Neil. this seems to be a double-error: still left over from when it was command-H, but using the “Microsoft” (i.e. Windows) version of “control” instead of the Mac “command”. Wow. How wrong can you get?

Now – can anyone find anywhere in the Help where it explains, correctly, that control+H deletes a message? I can’t find that anywhere – quite a surprise.
