          Yes. It comes in a package that will also export your contacts with categories and all
          information. The "email" route (meaning vCards) only maintains about smallish percentage
          of a the information possible in an Entourage contact. I wouldn't advise it. The scripts
          will also export your calendar and just about anything else you want to export, all with
          categories, aside from rules, schedules and custom views. It's called Export-Import
          Entourage X and is available at the usual place where you have picked up dozens of my
          scripts previously , namely

It won't recreate the links, however. Links refer to the IDs of objects in the original database. Everything will have new IDs in the new database, which in a way is the whole point of exporting as text - breaking the corruption and with it the structure of the original database. There was no way to export these references by script when all the objects (or whichever ones someone exports - they may not be exporting everything as you are) have new IDs, mostly will be exported after the linking object so don't even exist yet, and may not ever exist if you don't happen to import them. So you'll have to redo the links manually, or the ones that really matter.
