It shows as the CommandKey symbol fine in my Help (it doesn't display properly in my reply above because I'm using plain text, so not to worry). If you don't have WingDings installed, then you either removed it at some point, or told the installer not to install fonts. It's part of the standard install, IIRC, for Outlook Express, and certainly for Office. In Office X, it's in the Fonts folder inside the Office folder, which is inside the Microsoft Office X folder (in Mac OS X, fonts aren't limited to just the standard Fonts folder).
