I don't know that answer, but you can transfer Contacts, Events, Tasks, Mail and Notes from Entourage to an iPod right now with the program iPod It. It's a great program (!!) and is available at http://www.ipod-it.com/ . It also takes advantage of the new features in the 1.2 OS for the iPod.
