Already done -- I never use it :) I had just turned it on to see what would
happen if I clicked on the offending message with the preview pane enabled.

I deleted it, then went into the deleted items folder and deleted it from
there, as well.

All my accounts are POP accounts ;)

I used both MailSiphon and POPMonitor to check the account; the original
message is gone. I'm pretty sure it was spam, so it's not a big deal that I
lost it -- the error itself was of much more concern. I seem to be cursed
when it comes to database problems as of late...
