Uh huh. I understand that.

Sure, on paper. In practice, it cause a lot of extra keystrokes in something
I have to do every single day over and over. Most of the time it is 3
messages here, leave one, 2 more messages, leave one, 4 messages, leave one.
In the above example, it is the difference between 6 keystroke clicks and 3
keystrokes using command. Add that up over an folder that has 1500 messages,
and it gets real annoying real fast. I'm trying to think of another OSX app
that doesn't work that way, and I can't think of one. There is a reason why
they do.

While we're at it, it is also very simple to just go up and select "expand
all" from the menu too, isn't it? Except entourage doesn't remember a
mailbox's expanded or collapsed state, so every time I switch folders I have
to do it. Either a key command for that action or remembering the state
would save a lot of time. It's fairly basic user interface.

Pretty simple, actually.
