My wife refuses to stick with monospaced text for her email. She uses html
mail within Entourage. Sometimes, mail that she sends to yahoo.groups to
which she subscribes returns to her as a list subscriber with a VERY large
point size text. Other times it looks just as it did when she sent it.

I took a peek at the headers of a few of her messages, and it seems that at
least SOME of the messages that end up with huge letters are sent as
"multipart" messages. I don't know whether that's a meaningful observation
or not. I've told her just to send all her messages as plain text, but
sometimes people write to her in formatted text, and when she responds it
looks fine as she's composing the response, but then gets changed to the
large characters when it's sent.

She doesn't want to seem to her correspondents that she's shouting. Any idea
how to prevent this?
