Subject: Signature Placement
For Reply and Forward, is there any way to have a signature AND have it inserted ABOVE the message text to which I reply? Currently my sig inserts at the end of the message, tho’ the insertion point for typing is at the beginning of the attribution line. I’d also love to have the quoted message be highlighted so I can delete the other person’s text if desired.

You could check out "Reply Insertion Above" script (for 2001 only) at
AppleScript Central <http://www.applescriptcentral.com/>
or <http://homepage.mac.com/berkowit28/>
which lets you use any type of attribution line you'd like. You can run it from its built-in keyboard shortcut.
