There are Web-based synch'ing systems. One that I know of is fusionone
(http://www.fusionone.com). It does synch things across Outlook on PCs on
multiple computers. It doesn't work on Mac's, but perhaps there is a similar
system that works on the Mac platform. Fusionone has been saying a Mac
version is in the works for some time, but nothing has been released in the
one year I have kept an eye on.
