Dear listmembers, I've been having strange behavior with an attachment I've been trying to send through Entourage 2001; the behavior is also duplicated when I tested it in an old copy of Claris Emailer:
I am trying to send a pdf file as an attachment. It's 1200 kb. When it sends about half of it (600 kb) my internet connection (dialup) freezes up. I'm still connected, but it can't finish sending the file, and I can no longer browse. It's just one file that does this. I have to reboot my dialup connection completely to make things functional again. What would be the problem with this attachment that it would bring my entire connection to a halt? Thanks for any light you can shed?
