Are you able to select the message by using the tab and arrow keys on your keyboard? If so, then you can at least try and delete it. You may want to turn off the preview pane (in View menu) - in case Entourage is having problems trying to display the contents.

And you may also, for the sanity of us all, want to consider changing the font of your emails to something other than Comic Sans. ;-)
