Do you see "Disposition-Notification-To"? If so, Entourage was successful in *sending a request* to get a return receipt. However, by default, Entourage *will not* reply to these requests when they are *received* from others. It only does if you activate the rule I sent or use a script like Barry and I suggested. -- Mickey Stevens (Microsoft MVP for Office:mac) PowerPoint FAQ featuring PowerPoint:mac: <http://www.pptfaq.com/> The Entourage Help Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
