Right. It might even be a reasonable enhancement to make, to allow scripts
to be universally accessible by more than a single Entourage user. The
Script Menu then would display a combination of scripts that are local to
the user and scripts that are shared. The latter might be in a Entourage
Scripts folder inside the Office folder, for instance.

I can see a definite problem with this idea, however. Many scripts (like
yours and mine) make use of properties to store information for the user. If
such a script were globally accessible, the information I store in it might
be read or modified by another user. Not a good thing. Users would have to
know which scripts might store info and which do not, and make sure to make
local copies of those that do. Way too confusing. So, IMO, it is best left
as it is.
