Yes. It's related to either having too many windows open or keeping Entourage running too long (I'm not sure which). I have the same problem. The system (red part of CPU monitor) is normal, but green part (user) expands to suck up all available CPU cycles. At first I thought it was a memory leak, but now I suspect it's interaction with the Window Manager that's the problem. I just have to quit and relaunch Entourage every week or so.
