Hi All, I have about 30 categories set up. I like the fact that Entourage recognizes if I have a new email from a sender in my Contacts and applies the appropriate category for me to that message.
However, I am getting lots of messages that may only have the category "Friend," for example. Entourage is also applying the "Mailing List" as a category as well, even though the contact is NOT categorized a as "Mailing List." Any ideas? I've rebuilt the database-in both basic and advanced methods-and have double checked my Rules and Mailing List Manager-no luck. Suggestions appreciated.
