Tracy, Is Entourage launched when you are trying to Synch? I have a Sony Clie...I need to have EntX launched to get Synch to work.
That said, I get something of a mess with the 'synched' addresses. Many appear in the Clie in the wrong alpha order. I can reorder them by reentering the first letter of the name/company but that can take 30 minutes and it's a pain. I've tried several suggestions posted here but to no avail. I do not synch the addresses, just the notes, reminder and calendar for now.
