If so, what is the filename of the log file? > It is quite possible that some of the rules imported from the older program are not compatible with the new set up in Entourage. Here is some advice from the Entourage help page (see my sig below).
Check for schedules set to run "On Quit". Delete them. Try quitting. If it still crashes, try defining a schedule for "on quit" and then deleting that schedule. Also, if you have Norton Personal Firewall installed, disable Stealth Mode. Some have reported that corruption in their rules were causing the problem. To test: Open Tools-> Rules Uncheck each rule to disable or Move your Rules file out of your Identity. Once you determine that Rules is the cause of your problems you will need to test for the corrupt Rules(s). Location of your Identity folder see FAQ#1a -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word (MVPs are volunteers) Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Entourage FAQ site: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> AppleScripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://members.thinkaccess.net/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Scripts/> Entourage Help Pages: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
