As you know, IE will not be developed further; you need to find another
browser. Safari has the most promise. Remember, what we have now is still a
beta, not the finished version. It will get better, I'm sure. (Right now I
find it crashes on me often enough to be annoying; several times a day.) I
hate that. But I'm using it, and Camino, in preference to IE. I have not
experienced the loss of data you talk about. I keep Safari and Entourage
open 24/7.
