Not directly as you request it, but there are two options:

1.  Set up some outgoing mail rules to file mail to specific folders.
Depending on the criteria you use these could look at subjects, senders or
message content etc.

2.  Create an AppleScript that will send a message and then file it
directly. Obviously you would then need to run this script instead of using
the 'Send Now' button, and the 'Send Later' functionality would not be
available.
