Understandable. I used to do the same thing, until I realized I could have the best of both worlds. Now I simply receive individual messages, which are automatically routed via a rule to their own "Entourage Talk" subfolder. Since it would annoy me when I'd get a "message received" icon in the dock when an Entourage Talk message arrived, I added "Do Not Notify" to the end of the rule. Now I have the benefit of individual messages (can peruse and decide which to read) without cluttering my in-box and interrupting my workflow with constant "new msg" notifications.
