This is an older 350 MHz slot loading iMac. The keyboard is kind of unique
to that era - no Function key (but 12 Function keys), and no forward delete.
It just has a clear key on the keypad, which MS Word uses as forward delete.

There were extensions for OS 9 that allowed using the Clear key as forward
delete, but a search of VersionTracker and MacUpdate does not show any
solutions for OS X.

Cocoa programs can use ctrl-D for forward delete, but it seems that
Entourage is Carbon. So I seem to be out of luck unless I buy a new
keyboard.
