I have been using Office X for quite some time, and just noticed this taking place the last few weeks. Even at that, I don't think it happens every time, but do not remember for sure. No new software or upgrades. I suspect that the Word-Mac list server has changed something in the digest format that Entourage is not aware of that prevents the deletion. I could be all wrong though.
