I'm trying to remember how to force a "slow" sync to a Palm-based handheld. I thought it was by holding down the Shift key, but that doesn't seem to work. I also thought I remembered that there was an Entourage-related preference file that one could delete to force a slow sync as well, but cannot remember which file.
