In HotSync Manager, Entourage Overwrites Handheld (or vice-versa) is
thorough if you can do it that way (one of the apps being totally
up-to-date).

The file to remove which makes the conduit gather all its data anew (to
provide a starting point for the next quick sync) is here:

~/Documents/Palm/Users/username/Entourage Data/Entourage Storage

When doing an "Overwrites" sync, removing the Entourage Storage file first
gets everything off to a clean start again.
