To make sure that an address will be clickable in an outgoing email, include
the "http://"; at the beginning of the address.

http://www.apple.com will probably show as a clickable link.

www.apple.com probably won't.

The reason I say "probably" is that it's the recipient's email program that
identifies web addresses and makes links out of them. Although most folks
are using email programs that do this (like Entourage), I still know of some
who don't.
