Clickabler web sites in messages

Title: Clickabler web sites in messages

How do I create clickable web sites within messages – or how do I activate those sites when they arrive in incoming mail.
If they do not appear to be clickable in the outgoing mail will they be clickable when they arrive in the addressees mail box? If they are I guess I have no problem.

I need a simple (as in ‘for dummies’) response, please.
