"Exchange Update for Entourage X is designed to meet the most important customer feature requirements. It does this using secure, established protocols. For mail, it uses IMAP and SMTP, which are enabled by default on Exchange 2000 and later. For Calendar and Contact synchronization, it uses DAV. For GAL lookups, it uses LDAP.
