I'm a bit confused by what you are trying to exlain. What's wrong with the
address?

1. Is it the wrong person?
2. Is it the wrong email address for the person?
3. Is the email address for the person incorrect and the contact details
need fixing?

In the first two instances you press delete once the entry is highlighted
and reenter the person's name or email address.
