There are a few minor bug fixes, both in Entourage and other Office apps,
and stability improvements. Also, Entourage will do a better job of
interpreting mail sent from Outlook clients. Furthermore, for future
upgrades it _may_ be required to have this one to build on. So, installing
it is advisable, even if you do not talk to an Exchange server (which is my
case as well).

If you want to be on the safe side, wait a week or more and let the leading
edge folks shake out any bugs or gotchas. Read the trouble reports on
MacFixit, if there are any. Then decide. There are no immediate compelling
reasons to install the update.
