I'm using version 1.29 of Paul Berkowitz's excellent scripts for importing
and exporting data between Outlook 2000 (SR1) for Windows XP and Entourage
for X (running OS X 10.2.6). My desire is not just to do an initial dump of
all data from one platform to the other, but to keep the two platforms
synchronized (actually, there are THREE platforms, the third being Pocket PC
2002 on my iPaq 5455).

What I'm doing now is to add a "TestCategory" designation every time I add
or edit an event, contact, task, or note. Then I'll export just the
"TestCategory" events and bring them to the other platform. Cleanup
afterwards requires a flurry of mouseclicks (four per item) as I remove the
"testcategory" designation.

Is there a better way to do this? Is there a way to script the
syncrhonization to remove the testcategory designation?

Thanks so much

Jim Robertson
