Deleting a calendar event whether it's finished or unfinished is the same,
hit COMMAND-Delete or press the Trash button. What else should the Trash
button do that would make more sense? Obviously the system isn't intuitive
enough, since most people are used to being presented with a "Do you want to
save this event: Yes, No, Cancel" dialogue box. But once you figure out the
Trash button, it's actually less work.

You can always use the free, Apple alternative - iCal. If you don't run
screaming away from its sluggishness, limited color palette, and general
quirkiness, congratulations.

Maybe for you, but not for me. Any hyperlinks that are underlined, such as
<http://www.apple.com/>, will launch in the browser on one click for me.
URLs that do not include the preceding http:// prefix, such as www.apple.com
are not underlined, but will launch with a COMMAND-Click. I only sometimes
need to click twice in complex HTML messages.

All of the Services are grayed out in Entourage, because it doesn't support
Services. Carbon apps don't automatically support Services, like Cocoa apps
do, so it's not a bug. I've never heard Microsoft, Apple or anyone else
claim Entourage supported Services, so I don't see any false advertising
there.
