Barry - the rule is very simple. The rule checks for FROM and SUBJECT and if both are true (ALL) then it redirects the message. [It is the first rule, it is enabled, there is no MLM for this message.]
I have confirmed that no matter if the message is selected individually or as a group that the rules runs only when it is specifically selected and that ALL RULES does not execute. I've tried both initiating with Messages->Rules and control-click. Again - I can work around this - but it seems that this behavior is changed from some prior version of Entourage. If this behavior is valid - under what circumstances would ALL RULES run? If the MVP comments apply only to MLM rules then the text there should be updated.
