Everything is normally in the microsoft user data folder in the documents folder. I have managed to wipe everything by doing a first run if you havent gone too far and the computer has installed a new msuserdata folder then the contacts may be laying around somewhere other wise I hope you got them backed up
But first check out the user data the way to tell is the file size if everything is still there.
