Sorry, Richard. There is nothing in Entourage's AppleScript - or almost any
application's AppleScript (aside from "folder actions" in the Finder) -
which can respond to clicks or know when something has "just changed". The
nearest you can get in Entourage is to have a script run on a schedule every
minute. So every minute it could check to see whether there are any
completed tasks whose due dates were later than today, and if so, change the
due date to Today. (Or, alternately, make the duplicate and delete the
original.) I sense that you may have thousands of tasks, and the AppleScript
search would probably take several seconds each time, during which time you
might find Entourage more or less unresponsive - I'm not sure.

Wow. If you're referring to this mailing list, all you've ever had to was
click Reply - the default of this mailing list is to reply to the list, not
the sender, so replies should always come here.
Do this: In Tools/Mailing List Manager, click New. A new entry will open. If
you happen to have a message from the list open at the time (like this one),
the list's email address will already be entered in its box, and several
other subsidiary addresses too. You'll probably have to give it a name (such
as "Entourage Mac Talk"). You may want to file messages you send to You can
set which folder to file messages from the list and whether you want your
own messages to the list to go to the same folder and whether you want all
messages from the list to have a category. In there case of this particular
list, there's probably nothing much else to do, but you can look at the
options on the Advanced page. When you click OK, you'll get asked if a
contact should be made for the list in the address Book - click Yes.
Now perhaps you already _have_ a Mailing List Manager entry for this list?
If so, go to the Advanced page - you must have sometime clicked "Override
the list's Reply default: Always replay to sender." That would explain a
lot. UNCHECK that, or check to Always reply to the list.
If you get the Digest, just Select the portion of the message to which
you're replying, and then click Reply. You should never have to do more than
click Reply. to reply to the list. You'll see that the "To:" field is
correctly filled in, although the display name ("Entourage Mac Talk" or
whatever) may vary.
