Try creating a new account (Tools:Accounts) and sending with that. Do you still get errors?

But one of them can send an attachment with no problems at all, but the second one always gives problems with the attachments - the person at the other end always comes up with MIME errors!! could anybody please give me any clues to what look for next please ?
