When Entourage "checks mail" what it is doing is downloading a copy from the server to your computer; that's what shows under "On My Computer" (because that's where the message has been copied). If, as Diane says in another message, you set the account to delete messages you have downloaded, then once you download a message to your computer it will disappear from the in box on the Server, which is what you are viewing with Online Access. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word (MVPs are volunteers) Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Entourage FAQ site: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> AppleScripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://members.thinkaccess.net/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Scripts/> Entourage Help Pages: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
