I have encountered drastic slow down in the start up of WORD to the extend of some occasional self quitting due to some error. I have some 8000+ contacts in my contacts in Entourage, both personal and work database. I have also noticed that WORD does an auto update on data on Entourage's contacts each time its launched, how do I switch this off? What is the capacity of the contact for WORD to perform efficiently? I am running out of Al15 with 1.25GHz on 768MB DDR SDRAM.
